The Annual ArtsBank Auction
The ArtsBank Auction is our annual fundraiser and a gala celebration of arts in education. The event includes an evening of music, refreshments and grand and silent auctions of donated items. The generous participation of area artists and patrons continues to re-create this event as a highlight of the winter season.
Date, Time, and Location
This year’s auction will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Elks Lodge in Beverly, WV.
Doors will open at 6:00 pm and the grande auction will begin at 8:00 pm.
Tickets are $30 per person. You may purchase the tickets below; once you purchase the ticket below, your ticket will be available for pick up at the door the night of the auction. Please provide us with your name and e-mail to pick up your ticket at the door.
You may purchase tickets - $30 per ticket - by mailing a check made out to ArtsBank Inc. to ArtsBank,Inc, PO Box 1933, Elkins WV 26241.
Tickets are also available at the door the night of the auction. We accept cash, checks made out to ArtsBank Inc. and credit cards.
Unable to attend? You can still support ArtsBank Inc. through a donation to our Art Cart Campaign.
Art Cart Donation
Please consider making donations for supplies. You can help us fill our Teaching Artists’ traveling carts with fine arts, creative writing, music, and dance supplies to be used in each ArtsBank classroom.

Donate Auction Items
The annual collection of art items for the annual auction is upon us.
Please consider donating quality hand-made or purchased items, services, or certificates to this popular event. This is an excellent way to have your name, work, or organization recognized by the community while supporting local youth. For the silent auction, our Acquisitions Committee will collect items from November through January. Many of these items will be displayed at the Jennings Randolph Federal Building in Elkins during February.
If you are interested in donating, please contact us. All donations must be submitted or arranged for pickup by February 1, 2019. ArtsBank complies with the same legal requirements as all public auctions in WV.
